We tried a wonderful Tom Jones exercise, floating brilliant color onto a wet quarter sheet of 100% Rag D'Arches (140lb.) paper, using the subsequent forms to suggest a composition. These colorful works are by Judi, Cyndi, Liz, Christina and Dorothy
Some of my work exhibited is not so hot, but I wanted it to go out, warts and all. Slick perfection is not what I try to teach, but straight-from-the-essense impressions, because I am convinced that's where the truth lies. We can always do over or start a new painting, containing and incorporating the spontaneous element
